Bakery-style soft torn bread recipe, can be for sale

This torn bread is filled with chocolate jam and cheese. However, you can create it with other jams.

Torn bread recipe
Material A

  • 225 grams of high protein flour
  • 25 grams of medium protein flour
  • 60 grams of caster sugar
  • 6 grams instant yeast
  • 30 grams full cream milk powder

  • 110 ml liquid full cream milk, cold from the refrigerator

Material C

  • 30 grams of butter
  • A pinch of salt

  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar, especially donuts
  • 50 grams of sweetened condensed milk

1 Prepare a 30×100 cm tin, grease it with oil. Set aside.
