  • 300 grams boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 3 segments ginger, finely chopped
  • Sufficient flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten briefly and then mixed with 50 ml of liquid milk

Teriyaki sauce ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

  • 100 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 70 ml water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

How to make chicken katsu teriyaki

1 Season the chicken with pepper, garlic, teriyaki sauce and ginger. Stir well and let stand for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
