Material:
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 6 tbsp cooking oil
- 450 ml of water
- a quarter teaspoon of salt
Stuffing material:
- 100 grams of peeled shrimp, chopped, sauteed

Sauce ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp sesame oil
How to make a ci cong fan:
1 Mix rice flour, sago, cooking oil, salt, and water until blended.
2 Heat the steamer, prepare a heat-resistant dish and apply the oil. Place on hot steamer.
3 Pour the mixture as thin as possible over the hot dish, sprinkling the filling of chopped shrimp and chives. Roll up the ci cong fun layers with the help of a spatula.
