Material:

  • 100 grams of rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 6 tbsp cooking oil
  • 450 ml of water
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt

Stuffing material:

  • 100 grams of peeled shrimp, chopped, sauteed

Sauce ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1.5 tsp sesame oil

How to make a ci cong fan:

1 Mix rice flour, sago, cooking oil, salt, and water until blended.

3 Pour the mixture as thin as possible over the hot dish, sprinkling the filling of chopped shrimp and chives. Roll up the ci cong fun layers with the help of a spatula.
