Restaurant-style scallop recipe

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 8 large scallops, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp pistachio nuts, peeled Western Food
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh scallions
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon (can substitute parsley, oregano, or basil)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • Kosher salt or table salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil as needed

How to make restaurant-style scallops

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter until melted. Indonesian Food
  • Add pistachios, cook for 2 minutes until fully toasted. Remove and cool. Chop the pistachio nuts.
  • Put the nuts in a small bowl. Mix in the scallions, tarragon, and thyme.
