Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of cassava, peeled and grated and squeeze the water
- 1/2 medium-sized coconut, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp butter
- brown sugar to taste, thinly sliced
- How to make
In a bowl mix cassava, coconut. Stir with a spoon.
Add salt, vanilla, butter. Stir back.
Take enough dough and fill with brown sugar. Close tightly.
Fry the misro on medium heat. If it is browned, remove and drain.
