Spaghetti Bolognese (for 2 servings)

Spaghetti bolognese
Material:
200 gr spaghetti

  • Bolognese:
  • 120 g onions, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 100 g carrots, chopped
  • 3 celery sticks / 4 tablespoons chopped celery 400 gr ground beef (chicken / beef / mixed) 80 gr corned beef (optional)
  • 5 tomatoes / 500 ml tomato juice
  • 6 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
  • 1 tbsp English soy sauce
  • 100 ml apple juice (optional)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 pieces of bay leaf
  • 1-2 tsp broth powder
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • Yo tsp pepper
  • 200 ml water
  • Complementary:
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil

Step:
1 For tomato juice, cut the bottom of the tomato into an X shape and boil briefly. Peel the skin then blend until smooth.

2 For the bolognese, heat the oil then sauté the corned beef until half dry then add the onions and sauté until dry.

3 Enter the ground beef and saute again until dry then add the garlic, carrots and celery and cook again brown.

4 Add apple juice, soy sauce, tomato juice, tomato sauce, milk, tomato paste and water.

5 Add the bay leaf and season with the stock powder, salt and pepper then cover the pan and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

6 Prepare boiling water, boil spaghetti for 5 minutes or according to taste.

7 Heat a little oil, pour enough bolognese sauce and add the boiled spaghetti then add a little pasta cooking water and cook until the spices are absorbed.

8 Serve spaghetti bolognese with hard-boiled eggs, parsley, parmesan, black pepper, and olive oil as a side dish.
