How to make a brulee bomb

7 When the brulee mixture is solid, moisten your palms. Round the dough, roll it over the flour. Put it in the wet flour mixture. Flatten until the surface is completely covered with wet flour. Roll in the bread crumbs. Do it until the dough runs out.

8 Heat the oil, fry the brulee bomb until golden brown. Remove and drain. The brulee bomb is ready to be served with cheese sauce and dry chili sauce.
