Bread, garlic, cheese + butter? Can it be so good?
Materials:
- 200 Gr Bread flour / high protein
- 4 Gr Instant Yeast
- 3 Gr Salt
- 25 Gr Sugar
- 1 egg. Chinese Food
- 80 Gr / ml cold liquid milk / water
- 25 Gr unsalted butter
Garlic butter spread:
- 25 Gr unsalted butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dried oregano / parsley, can be substituted for scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Other:
- Cut Mozarella cheese (flat about the size of a little finger)
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling. Western Food
How to make:
1 For the dough, combine the flour and yeast, stir until blended. Enter the sugar, salt, stir until blended.
2 Add the eggs, stir until blended.
3 Slowly add the cold milk, stirring until it forms a dough. Indonesian Food
4 Add unsalted butter, stir until the surface of the dough is smooth.
5 Rest for 30 minutes.
6 For garlic butter, mix everything together. Set aside.
7 Roll out the dough until it is flat, cut using a razor blade to form a checkered pattern.
8 Rub the garlic butter on top, sticking a slice of mozzarella in each slice.

10 Bake in oven at 180 c, for 15 minutes.
TIPS:
1 Can add smoked beef for topping
2 Mandatory cutting using a razor blade for better results.
